12/16/08 For Sale: #70, “A Salt & Battery,” red Harbor 20 with outstanding record.  I’m looking for a partner who has a slip/dock space in Newport harbor, and wants a Harbor 20 for family, to race and for fun.  Perhaps even no money/cash involved, initially.  The concept is that you provide space for #70, and access.  We split use, I can coach, etc.  We impute $165/month for space, split expenses, and the excess monthly space costs over cash expenses are credited to ˝ ownership interest, $8,500.  Other details can be worked out and we get a simple agreement on paper.  You can have co-title to the boat.  Fine racing record, great boat, at least two suits of sails including perhaps one brand new suit.  Let’s talk about it!   Jim Kerrigan
