The NHYC Twilights, hosted by the Newport Harbor Yacht Club, includes one-design racing for Lehman 12 and Harbor 20 boats typically consisting of 3 separate series: a June Series, a July Series, and an August Series. Races are held on Thursdays at 6pm.
These events are open to members in good standing of clubs or organizations affiliated with Southern California Yachting Association (SCYA) or any national authority associated with the sport of sailboat racing. There is no fee for entering the.
The racing area is typically in the harbor north of the main dock of Newport Harbor Yacht Club and consists of several windward/leeward races.
