The Portsmouth Folly, hosted by the Balboa Yacht Club, is a family oriented regatta for boats under 22 feet, sailed under the Portsmouth Handicap System. That means that Harbor 20’s could be sailing with other boats such as Santana 20’s, and the finish order is calculated using the system.  This is a really fun day with trophies awarded for:

• Keel boat winners
• Centerboard boat winners
• Top Family in keel boat
• Top familiy in centerboard boat
• Youngest sailor
• Most festive crew

Costumes and boat decorations are encouraged. Bring the family! Bring the dog!
