The ALYC Sundowner Monday Series starts next Monday. Official Notice Board.
Each part of a race requires three things from the sailor: perception of important conditions, processing and decision making, and performing what you decide effectively, the three Ps.
Based on his experience and what he’s learned from better sailors, Chris Hill will lead a seminar on how to learn what we need to improve to get better race results, and how to learn it.
We hope you will join us and bring a story or two to share about a lesson you have learned about racing.

This Sunday is the BCYC Lorin Weiss Series #2 regatta.
I have a 2005 Harbor 20 #221 sailboat for sale. The hull is burgundy red with a white racing stripe. It has white fiberglass interior and decking and white padded PVC cushions. The Ullman jib and the Elliot Pattison mainsail have only been used for one season. A new racing bottom paint was done in Summer 2014. The boat has been used to race competitively with many trophy finishes. It includes new shrouds, 1 year old batteries, new CD radio stereo, new Sunbrella “Toast” boat cover, new Sunbrella “Toast” furling jib cover, refurbished trolling motor, all new lines and running rigging in the past 18 months, high quality black fenders, and even includes a removable cockpit table! The boat is in very good condition, has clear title and 2015 registration tags.
